Do you accept Section 8?

No, we do not accept Section 8 at this time.

Do you allow pets?

Yes! We do allow pets. Click here to review our pet policy. We charge a one-time pet convenience fee of $350.00 for 1-2 pets. If you have additional pets, please disclose that information on the application so that we can determine if more pets will be allowed.

Do you accept short term leases?

Yes! We do accept short term leases. Please call the office to discuss terms and rates.

Do I have the option to purchase the home at the end of our lease agreement?

We are always willing to take an offer to the owner of the home. However, most of our owners are not highly motivated to sell, but we can connect you with members from our team who can assist you in finding a home to purchase or even building a new home.

What types of properties do you rent?

Go Rental Team is unique in that we specialize in leasing new construction, single-family homes. Most of our rental homes are located throughout the Des Moines Metro cities, including: Altoona, Ankeny, Grimes, Johnston, Pleasant Hill, Polk City, Urbandale, Waukee and West Des Moines. We have Villas homes located in Altoona, which are stand alone, single-family homes as well, but in this neighborhood, all of the lawn care and snow removal is conveniently managed by us! We are in the process of building another Villas project in the Clive/Waukee area which will consist of beautiful 3 and 4 bedroom homes.

I live out of state and will not be able to set up appointments to view the homes in person, how can you help?

We provide rental housing to many clients who are from out of state or out of country. We can set up a time to do a virtual tour via facetime anytime that is convenient for you. We also have a large catalog of photos and floor plans for each of our homes that we can send you.

Why should I rent a home from you if I find a home similar in size for less rent?

It’s true that you MAY be able to find another rental home similar in size but for less rent, however, what you will see that is different about our homes is that all of our new construction homes have only had 2 or 3 or maybe zero tenants before, so they are like new, if not brand new. We take impeccable care of our homes, requiring professional carpet cleaning, paint touch up, and a professional-grade turnover cleaning after each tenant has exited the home. Our homes are designed and crafted with beautiful, upgraded features such as: granite counter tops, stainless-steel appliances, hardwood floors, tile showers, tray and/or vaulted ceilings, gas fireplaces, walk-in closets, and much more. Our repair service and response to any issues is second to none—no waiting around on a lazy or careless landlord to address concerns. We pride ourselves on our quality product and outstanding customer service.
